Do you need to fulfill your WIAA clock hours, need NSCA CEU's, or simply improve your knowledge skills and abilities as a coach? Then we would like to encourage you to attend the University of Washington Sports Performance Clinic. Building a complete high performance athlete can be made easy and designed to fit your needs. With such a large variety of high tech gadgets, training methods, and unscientifically backed personal training theories, it is easy for a coach to be confused - mislead - or frustrated with training athletes. The Husky sports performance staff will be presenting topics that bring common sense and science together to make understanding program design and exercise selection less worrisome and more productive for you.
